Hi, I’m Anna.

As a creative and exploratory writer and journal guide, I love the power of words. I’ve been a copywriter and content creator since 2000, but my passion is writing for wellbeing.

I’ve kept a journal throughout my life, using different techniques depending on my circumstances. Writing has helped me overcome emotional turmoil, visualise my future self and achieve my dreams. I believe nature connection is a potent tonic to life’s daily stresses and I love combining purposeful, freewriting and the great outdoors in my workshops and resources.
